• Reality of Indian education system:
Today I not only want to talk about MBA, Engineering, BCA, Bcom etc but also about the other less favorite fields. Has anybody calculated how much does his/her parents spend on him/her right before his/her birth till his/her complete education, if not then please calculate, it could make you realize that what this country's economic system is trying to deal with you, you are in loss right from your birth, even though if you are rich you still are in loss, our country never provided school's based on vedic system as it was in our ancient culture, but in some countries governments are trying to do so, children's in India always follows bad habits in their surroundings, but never realizes why they are influenced by such an intolerable habits? It's due to the policy's followed in our system "jio aur jeene do", some bad habits are good for our attitude but some are way beyond evil. A student cannot be created by only reading books, scoring marks and playing sports, he/she should have an essence of doing wisdom that is much more difficult task to do, in ancient times we were known as the leading economies, which was not because of the rich kings or the trade done by our country, it was only due to the type of wisdom we had learned from our daily habits, if students are pretended that only those people having fame, money, and respect are the great once then everyone will try to be on that path whatever it takes to do, he/she can never realize what he/she should do for this nation.
Today to gain a certificate people pay lakhs of rupees, but is it correct earning by selling an abstract things which cannot be assumed to be helpful to everyone in the class, let's take an example if we are learning mathematics , why do some have difficulties solving it, while some could easily solve it, I believe that those who already knew the path to solve the problem can solve it easily, but those who don't face difficulties finding it, then the need of a guide called teacher arrives, and the same thing is with our life our education system which cannot be our guide to become successful, if someone is wealthy he just need a duplicate certificate to start his/her business, and why should a loyal face the harshness of life. Most of the students commits suicide because they don't get what they want from themselves, but the truth is that they only wanted something or some sought of achievement that could give them fame, wealth and luxury, nothing else they don't want to go from the root they want fame so they are constantly mugging up things which indirectly they cannot use in their real life problems.
• Prime interest of Indians:
Many indian might be sure what they want to be in their life, some might think "no that was not the case", but eventually they might have once thought of getting selected for a government job that's why more than 20lakh young people of india had applied for 10,000 post of railways, and why so for only railways, army, RBI, SSC, NABARD, Bank clerk, Bank PO, IAS, IPS etc and post which are related to city cleaning, cleaning sewers, municipality waste for which our indian graduates are ready to do any government job right from A to Z , yes people of India don't want to find something new in their subject, but they are ready to do any job if it's a government job, but there are few people who quite this wasteage, as we know they all are paid by our taxes but still want more by bribing others, is there any board which control their performance and to derive the validity of their service but they are just enjoying the liabilities of our taxes and our people, "so kind hospitality towards them!", even knowing that they are our servants who are not performing well to help this country's current condition, now just remember one thing how much private teachers were paid and how much government teachers were paid during COVID 19 (for more knowledge you can see my impact of COVID 19 on various sector in India article), and remember, just remember, that "many children's of our country wants to gain their primary and secondary education from private English medium schools, but not from a government schools", yes children's want to be good not poor they want best, do government provide best that's why the government schools in India are getting reduced day by day, and few states of India which are releasing maximum number of government officers has highest illiteracy and unemployment in India, why is it so? Just ask yourself why? why should we only think of getting jobs? Why we cannot create a history by growing our GDP far from our thoughts, "just think reader's if we can think for India than India can be Bharat again, because there is a lot of difference between Bharat and India they are 2 different names of a country and that is not a good thing".
• Unemployment in India:
During 2019-20 India reached a peak of 7.8% unemployment more than 18 million people had lost their jobs, remember friends we cannot compare this with U. S or U. K because their government pays them when they don't have jobs, but what about us, are we keen in the ease of doing business, if so then why government always provides relaxation to it's employees but most of the private sector suffers due government tax and it's policy's which always leads to a reduced labour cost (here I am speaking about diploma holders and graduates) they are kept on contract basis, but the experience they gain cannot help them to raise their startups, because if they try to start something from their jobs it wents to get costly and no one provides them loan, but there is a loan always for the one who lives on the taxes paid by the people, " He/She doesn't has any shame since they got a chance to prove themselves but inspite of improving their government services they are trying to built a fake impression". So many people want a government job in India because it is a permanent king job, you are your own boss once you are permanent you can take as many leaves you want on behalf of a fake medical certificate, you can threat or cheat people, you can manipulate people, you can order your kingship, every money is your salary, if so you are caught you could bribe or please for forgiveness and control your black habits, untill retirement you have money more than the owners of small scale factories, if it is so, if some people really want to follow this system because many are against it but for their greed and life they could do anything to achieve it, and to help our readers for such things we are giving some ideas with harsh reality and it's probabilities.
• How to get a government job in India:
So here it is what you finally wanted...
One can get a government job but he/she should be aware of getting it right from his/her 9th standard and should seriously study from that age, due to smart phones you can study the entire syllabus side by side, So that you can get your hands on for every challenging question you get in the exam. It is my suggestion that if you are 80 or 99% confident then always go for those jobs which has no interview, if your need is to get a government job don't think about higher rank jobs think about middle rank jobs, "remember friends humans are mistake following animals if you are late then you would have to run for such jobs, if you are distracted then you had to cry for such jobs, if you don't know the plan then you had to laugh at your decisions". You have to continuously practice hard just to crack those mains and prelims right from your student age, avoid friends, parties, family, Get togethers, just to be a tax free servant. If you want a higher rank post 1st take a middle rank post and then go for a higher one.
•How to get job in private sector:
For the needy people's of India, getting a job in private sector is easy but to earn through it is difficult, many people are obsessed by thier job because they don't work in a friendly environment, they face many diseases such as high BP hypertension, acidity by doing such jobs, they are paid well (I am talking about diploma holders , engineers, MBA graduates) at the beginning, but later on they finds a way which eventually leads them to a gov job or doing business. During COVID many temporary people lose their jobs and many permanent too had to leave their job or had to work on reduced wages, if you need a private jobs I have some suggestions:
- if you are an iti, diploma, degree or an MBA holder and need a job of low wage you could get it but you had to have the knowledge about the consultant, never ever pay him always deal your salary with him and never ever give your original certificates to him, most websites which could provide you with consultant is indeed job search, shine. Com, linked in is not good for freshers.
- if you want just a nice job in your college campus try hard and get placed in any company paying well, don't think about the work just think about money, because money could later on provide you with the knowledge you want, that's why never participate in any extra curriculum but you should have a college where many companies are constantly coming for your branch, focus on scoring well and developing strategies of getting a high paid job, because money is your aim nothing else, you need a job to earn, learning is a later on point.
•How to start a business:
Now we had camed to our original topic, but before we begin please remember who is the current CEO of google, who was ramanujan, then you would realize where is our potential. I have few tips of starting business but they are difficult to achieve.
- you should know your business well.
- you should know how to create a demand for your product in the market.
- you should have contacts of many retailers, wholesalers and customers.
-you should be loyal in providing quality products and on time delivery service.
And with harsh reality the 1st business you start could fail with 99% chance of happening so, many people are effected by recessions, depression , pendemic and many financial reasons, you could see many YouTube videos to motivate yourself but eventually you are unaware of the current market, our country is going to face a great loss in the near future due to the increasing imports and the reduced exports leading to the fall in currency value and the depleting properties of soil leading to an age of devastation, so my request is that try to study problems related to our required resource, then you could get an idea about how you can stop your country's near bad future, you had to invent gadgets by knowing the problems of our daily life and coming up with a solution and then exporting that product by employing our manpower. If you are only focusing on small scale then the manpower you earn will not upgrade themselves, because future is in the hands of machines, please try to educate yourself.
Many people can start their business by doing an odd job even though you earn less but if invest that in your business you could convert yourself into an entrepreneur.
To achieve success in your business you will need time but small drops can make a sea, but you just need a pond so be aware and always make strategy with your work.
•Conclusion:
In India many people need to be self dependent many highly educated people are choiceless to do a hard labour and less paid jobs in which they cannot use the job experience to start their start ups so people of india had to realize that their prosperity is in creating innovations so as to increase country's export and increase employment in India, because a government worker can provide you loan but can never provide you a job, many government servants have no skills beyond their jobs, only a good entrepreneur can represent our country in a positive way not a civil servants, because they are meant to serve our guests, but an entrepreneur is meant to make good deals with him, yes it is difficult because our country had a more than 5000
billion dollar debt so rather than being a servant being an employer is always
better, and I have a request for Indian woman's that they are not meant to be a maid or a babby seater , they are a part of this system and should care about their country which is a land with borders, Indian woman should go for innovation rather than household, because managing a house is easy, but managing our environment is far more difficult.
